Island Outpost Opens IO Welcome Lounge
We are pleased to announce the opening of the Island Outpost Welcome Lounge on Friday, June 5, 2009. The lounge is located in the arrivals terminal of the Norman Manley International Airport (Kingston).
Guests arriving to Kingston, kindly send your flight details in order for our team to ensure that our guest relations agent is aware of what time you will arrive.
Once clearing immigration and customs, guests can simply exit into the arrivals hall and make their way to the Island Outpost Welcome Lounge where they will be greeted by an Island Outpost guest relations agent.
In the lounge guests will have a place to sit and relax while enjoying one of our signature refreshments/cocktails and a cool scented towel.
If hotel transfer has been arranged through Island Outpost, then one of our specially trained drivers will meet the guest at the lounge and escort to a reserved parking area, where the vehicle is parked. Helicopter and private plane transfers can also be arranged upon request.
As always, Island Outpost strives to offer a heightened customer experience. The IO Lounge is a wonderful extension of Island Outpost’s friendly and efficient customer service, and is complimentary to Island Outpost customers. Guests will feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment they arrive in Jamaica making their holiday a memorable experience from start to finish!
