JAMAICA (July 19, 2007) – This fall, yogis flock to Strawberry Hill Resort for Healthy Living, a six-night fitness escape in Jamaica’s breathtaking Blue Mountains. Teaming with Caribbean Fitness Consulting, the resort offers invigorating exercise courses amidst inspiring scenery. Availability is open now for September and November bookings.
Strawberry Hill Resort’s Healthy Living courses are infused with Caribbean flair and guided by professional Caribbean Fitness Consulting instructors. Among featured sessions is the Yardi Fitness class, a taste truly Jamaican with pulsating reggae music, Yardi equipment, surrounded by azure waters and lush flora. Other courses include power Yoga, H20 cardio, resistance training and power walking. Fitness instructors can earn certifications and continuing educational credits.
Crave changes in scenery? Courses are set in a variety of locations, including the private Yoga (SHALA), Oasis Pool, main lawn and mountain trails. During breaks, yogis munch on tantalizing healthy snacks.
Strawberry Hill’s Healthy Living is available for booking September 17-24 and November 19-12, 2007. Package is priced at $595.00 per night for four persons in a two-bedroom villa. Two additional persons can join the villa for $150.00 per day for food and beverage. Looking to upgrade? Studio suites are priced at $495.00 and deluxe villas at $395.00 (per X persons per night). Rates are subject to an additional 8.25% general consumption tax and 10% service charge. Airport transfers are not included.
